as my current livejournal mood emoticon can plainly show you, i am in a giddy as hell mood. why, you ask? mostly due to the fact that sweet retribution is a lovely thing. at long last, all my efforts to show how much better i am than the person who used to define me have now come to fruition. it's subtle revenge without doing anything at all. the scholars were right on when they said, 'living well is the best revenge', because all i had to do was live well. and now, the tearing, crushing sound of ripping flesh and bone and lacerated sinew never so sounded so good. revenge is a dish best served with a big side of, 'i told you so bitch.'
